Can it colorize black-and-white photos too?

Restoration focuses on repair; use the dedicated Colorize tool afterwards to add natural color.

Will it change faces or details?

It aims to repair, not reinvent. Faces and key details are preserved while damage is reconstructed.

How should I capture an old print?

Scan it flat at the highest resolution you can, or take a sharp, evenly lit phone photo without glare.

Is restoration a premium feature?

Yes — photo restoration uses our premium model and is available to Pro members or with credits.

What if the photo is very badly damaged?

Heavily destroyed areas are reconstructed plausibly; results are best when some of the original detail survives.

Are my family photos kept private?
